You will support children in the welfare system, attend staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with Permanency Services agencies to promote well-being. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years in child and family services.

As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll play a critical role in promoting the well-being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.
We’re looking for a compassionate, eager-to-learn individual who is passionate about helping families in times of crisis. You'll work to build healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must, as well as flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to advocacy for children and their families. Evening availability is required for at least one day a week.
