• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
• Evening availability is required for at least one day a week and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
• Coordinate with agencies providing Permanency Services.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
