Job summary

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Transport Support Worker to assist families involved in the child welfare system.

The role focuses on transportation and visitation support, contributing to the well-being of children and coordination with partnering agencies. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years of experience in child and family services, strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to work Sundays with evening availability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in child and family services preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
• Flexibility, punctuality and advocacy for children and families are required.
• Evening availability is required for at least one day a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
• Promote the well-being of children and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings to stay aligned with program goals.
