What the role is about:

This position is responsible for safely transporting goods from a warehouse to customers' designated locations, following established routes and time schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the quality of items. Tasks include loading, unloading, and verifying order accuracy with customers upon arrival. Perform all appropriate related and unrelated duties, as directed. This is a transportation position.

Responsibilities include:

• Properly loading and unloading packages
• Using GPS and maps for efficient navigation
• Interacting with customers to deliver packages and verify details
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle
• Completing delivery documentation
• Adhering to schedules and safety regulations
• Handling delicate or temperature-sensitive items as instructed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Strong navigation skills with GPS and maps
• Fluent in English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift packages
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Work is performed year-round, inside and outside, with exposure to weather and environmental conditions. Shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Physical activities include navigating varied terrains, lifting weights, and prolonged standing and driving.
