Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to support a designated transport service territory, repair and deliver equipment such as stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience and grow toward a more senior ProCare role within Stryker.

You will work with a variety of products, maintain excellent customer relations, and uphold field service metrics while coordinating with teammates to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Electronic and mechanical aptitude required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and deliver Stryker equipment in the designated transport service territory.
• Perform quality control checks, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Use computer software to document activity, order parts, and reference training materials.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and support the sales team.
• Work independently and collaborate with teammates on Field Service projects.
• Adhere to field service metrics including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy, and documentation cadence.
