Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring immediately for Transport Driver positions in Junction City, KS. You will operate a company-owned vehicle to deliver products along an established route for the school program.

Schedule is full time or part time, with Monday–Friday shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Prior driver experience is required. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with an internal employee referral bonus available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills service/Quality focused to meet a wide range of needs
• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions

Responsibilities

• Responds to transport requests with urgency, meeting time delivery goals
• Follows department protocols using dispatch system appropriately
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations
• Completes necessary logs and reports
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Resolves or reports vehicle, building, security, or safety issues to management
• Performs other duties as assigned
