Q&D Construction LLC. is currently seeking safety-minded, professional Transport Truck Drivers for the Heavy Civil Group. CDL Transport Truck Drivers are essential to construction operations and work closely with project leaders daily.

Candidates must be self-motivated, honest, and work well in a team, with a strong safety mindset on every project. Starting wage is $30-$33 per hour with a tiered pay scale based on experience. Overtime is paid daily after 8 hours.

Our CDL Transport Truck Drivers are essentials to the construction operation and work closely with project leaders on a daily basis. Truck Driver Requirements

• Class A CDL (Commercial Driver License) with experience in load/equipment securement on flatbed, lowboy, tilt-deck, and other transport type trailers.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience moving equipment included but not limited to; skid-steers, skip loaders, dozers, wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, forklifts, paving equipment, crushers, and applicable accessories and attachments.
• Pre-employment DOT (Department of Transportation) drug screening
• Clean 3-year MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
• Current Medical Card; high school diploma or equivalent
