Moove is currently recruiting a Transport Driver based out of Fords, NJ. The role involves delivering loads, maintaining safe driving practices, and ensuring accurate documentation. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

The driver will follow schedules, maintain professional customer interactions, and comply with DOT regulations. A valid CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsements and a DOT medical card are required, along with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• DOT medical card.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Good customer service skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations.
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or optimize routes based on customer schedules and peak times.
• Safely load/unload deliveries and handle up to 65 lbs.
• Obtain and maintain delivery authorizations and COD documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain appearance.
• Ensure orders and documentation are accurate and relayed to management.
• Maintain CDL, endorsements and DOT physical card up to date.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routes
• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely manner
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance
• Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate
• Ensure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management
• Maintain valid commercial driver’s license, endorsements and DOT physical card
• Perform other related duties as assigned
