Job summary

Moove in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a delivery driver. Hours are Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with some flexibility; you are home daily.

Qualifications

• A Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements required
• A DOT medical card required
• At least one year of delivery driving experience recommended
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Ability to drive a manual transmission if applicable
• Good customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Follow daily delivery schedule and optimize routes
• Load/unload deliveries; ability to lift/move up to 65 lbs
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Ensure orders and documentation are accurate
• Relay customer messages to management
• Maintain valid CDL, endorsements and DOT physical card
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Moove is currently recruiting for a delivery driver. Hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (some flexibility required) and you are home daily!

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations


• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routes


• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required


• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely manner


• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance


• Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate


• Ensure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management


• Maintain valid commercial driver’s license, endorsements and DOT physical card


• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements
