Job summary

Franz Family Bakery in Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload trailers, pick and stack products on pallets, and ensure accurate shipping/receiving documentation. You will maintain GMP and SQF standards and work with a safety-minded, team-oriented crew.

Responsibilities include rotating inventory using FIFO, properly storing inbound ingredients, and assisting the shipping team to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks preferred (certification may be provided upon hire).
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy pallets up to 2,500 lbs using pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Must follow all GFB core values and food safety standards (SOPs, GMPs, PPE requirements).
• Reliable attendance is essential to meet production and shipping schedules.
