Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a driver to safely operate transport vehicles from Lindenhurst, NY. You will ensure DOT compliance, manage loads, and unload at destinations across routes while maintaining vehicle upkeep.

Requirements include a valid CDL Class A, 2+ years OTR, and the ability to work shifts and holidays. The role offers benefits, 401(k) with match, and a sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum two years' experience driving tractor/trailers OTR.
• Ability to use a handheld device and application systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Manual transmission experience required.
• Able to operate: Single/Double/Triple Axle/Doubles/Side Loaders/53' Dry Vans.

Responsibilities

Factory Location: Lindenhurst, NY
Compensation: $33/hr.
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Sign On Bonus: $1,000 paid after 90 days of employment - Sign on bonus eligibility applies only to new hires who have not been previously employed by the company, its affiliates, or its predecessors.
Schedule: Monday to Friday multiple shifts available

Responsibilities

• Safely operate transport vehicle.
• Ensuring vehicle meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards.
• Understanding of load and freight weight requirements.
• Operate forklift to unload and reload trailer with company products.
• Complete all required company and DOT required documents and reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Doubles and Tanker endorsement required
• Must be able to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration driver qualifications including pre-trip and post-trip requirements.
• Ability to safely lift up to 66 pounds.
• Repetitive motion when loading and securing products in trailer.
• Forklift experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and basic math skills proficiency.
• Ability to drive tractor/trailer in all weather conditions (snow chain driving experience may be required for some locations).
• May be required to work up to 12-hour shifts (may vary by location)
• Manual Transmission experience required.
