Job summary

Borden Dairy Company in Georgia is seeking a professional CDL A driver to safely load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations along established routes.

You will set up displays, verify shipments, and maintain accurate delivery logs while meeting DOT regulations and company policies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1 year of Class A driving experience and a clean safety record. Manual transmission experience required; overtime and weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A with Air Brake endorsement and medical certification.
• 1 year of Class A driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload products at designated customer locations.
• Operate a commercial vehicle along established routes to deliver, stock, and stage products.
• Set up promotional displays and deliver marketing materials as needed.
• Verify shipment accuracy and ensure product is in saleable condition upon delivery.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies in a professional manner.
• Collect empty containers, returns, and unsold merchandise for processing.
• Complete daily inventory, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery documentation.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Assist with basic truck maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle activity as required by DOT.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ValidClass A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)with Air Brake endorsement.
• ValidMedical Examiner’s Certificatein accordance with FMCSA Part 391.41.
• Minimum1 year of Class A commercial driving experiencerequired.
• Must be at least21 years of age.
• Manual transmission experience required(no automatic restrictions).
• Prior experience in food/beverage delivery and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pulling, and bending.
• Ability to routinely lift over60 poundsand push/pull up to300 poundsusing a hand-held hook.
• Must be physically capable of performing all job duties safely and efficiently.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, includinghot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors.
• Work performed onrefrigerated trucksand in warehouse settings.
