Job summary

Moove seeks a Transport Driver to safely deliver goods regionally. You will follow schedules, optimize routes, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork while upholding professional customer service.

Requirements include a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a DOT medical card, and at least one year of experience. Expect weekly overnight stays and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• DOT medical card required.
• At least 1 year of experience in driving/deliveries.
• Regional driver with 1–3 overnights per week, home every weekend.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Follow daily delivery schedule and optimize routes based on schedules and peak times.
• Load/unload deliveries; ability to lift/move up to 65 lbs.
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery paperwork and CODs; submit timely.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain appearance.
• Ensure orders and documentation are accurate.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routes
• Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely manner
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance
• Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate
• Ensure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management
• Maintain valid commercial driver's license, endorsements and DOT physical card
• Perform other related duties as assigned
