Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Transport Driver based in Bakersfield, CA. You will deliver products to regional distribution centers and drop sites, with typical no-touch freight and consistent runs, home daily. Drive safely, inspect vehicles, and maintain DOT logs for compliance.

Expect a 5:00 am–1:30 pm shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekend availability as needed. Compensation starts at $31.25/hr and increases after 6 months, with comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to regional distribution centers and drop sites in a safe, timely manner.
• Typically no-touch freight with consistent routes and home daily.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain DOT trip logs.
• Average 2,000–2,300 miles per week and 3–4 drop-and-hooks per shift as requested.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $31.25 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $32.89 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
