Control Tower / Transport Control Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated support for our Control Tower – are you ready to take on responsibility? Your responsibilities:
• Centralized coordination and monitoring of international transport operations
• Ensuring the timely execution of all transports
• Contact person for customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Proactive escalation management in case of deviations and delays
• Maintenance and documentation of relevant data in our systems and customer portals
• Close collaboration with Dispatch and Key Account Management
• Proactive tracking and monitoring of shipments

Your qualifications:
• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
• Experience in dispatching, transport management, or control tower operations is a plus
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Proficiency in using digital systems and tools
• Proficiency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
