The Transplant Medical Science Liaison (MSL) provides scientific and medical information related to Sanofi products.

The Transplant MSL acts as a scientific expert in the field for US Medical Affairs, engaging with healthcare providers and researchers through compliant scientific exchanges, education, and collaboration. The role supports the communication of clinical data and scientific insights to promote safe and appropriate product use and to support research initiatives.

Main responsibilities include establishing credibility with healthcare stakeholders, communicating scientific data, identifying educational needs, facilitating research collaborations, and representing Sanofi's scientific position in the field.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support education and research activities related to Sanofi products.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in Solid Organ Transplant, including understanding of clinical knowledge, disease states, and scientific evidence.
  3. Manage regional responsibilities by disseminating scientific data, building relationships, and identifying educational opportunities.
  4. Communicate medical information effectively, including engaging with thought leaders and supporting scientific presentations.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align medical strategies and support research.
  6. Gather and communicate field insights to inform internal strategies.
  7. Identify potential investigators and partnerships to support clinical research.
  8. Ensure compliance with all policies and standards, completing necessary training and documentation.

Qualifications include a medical, pharmacy, or postgraduate science degree, with MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred, and 3-5 years of experience in solid organ transplantation. The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), strong communication skills, and strategic thinking.
