Novant Health Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program is seeking a cellular therapy physician in Charlotte, NC.

Opportunity Highlights:

• FACT accredited Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program, performing allogeneic and autologous transplantation and CART cell therapy.
• Experience in hematopoietic cell transplantation and CART cell therapy required.
• The Charlotte site is ideal for a physician with a subspecialist interest in leukemia and myelodysplasia.
• Our team includes seven physicians and 12 advanced practice providers across Charlotte and Winston-Salem.
• Rounding and call schedule is 1:4, with APPs taking 1st call.
• Strong support from pathology, blood bank, radiology, ICU, and other specialists. Both sites operate independently for patient care.
• Growth in the Cancer Institute and expansion across North Carolina.
• New outpatient Cellular Therapy and Apheresis space in uptown Charlotte, with plans for Winston-Salem. Onsite Stem Cell Lab under construction, completion expected December 2025. Significant investment in clinical research and dedicated phase 1 units at both sites.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Open to new graduates or those with 1-2 years post-fellowship experience.
