St. Davids South Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Transplant Revenue Analyst responsible for reviewing pre-evaluation and global service agreements, analyzing provider payments, and overseeing transplant payor contracts to ensure accurate reimbursement.

You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain billing data in global systems and support month-end close with reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in hospital revenue cycle and/or transplant operations.
• Initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit.

Responsibilities

• Process UB04, HCFA and submitted expenses for provider claim adjudication.
• Familiar with MCR payment guidelines and investigate CPT/HCPCS codes for claims payment.
• Enter and identify all claims in the global billing database as physician or facility claims.
• Research vendor contracts and address inquiries regarding potential errors with processed claims.
• Maintain records of claims denials, processed claims, and accruals for accounting.
• Ensure Global provider claims are processed according to contract and assist in other transplant department tasks.
