Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensure in Texas.
• Master's degree preferred.
• National transplant certification within 1 year of employment.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time nursing with at least 2 years in related specialty.
• Experience in curriculum development and adult learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient education to Organ Transplant patients.
• Assist in developing patient education material.
• Serve as clinical educator, quality assurance nurse and outcomes measures coordinator.
• Collaborate in a team environment to support clinical practice.
