Ambu is seeking a full-time Transplant Nephrologist to join the Northwell Transplant Institute at North Shore University Hospital in New York. This role involves joining a team of dedicated transplant nephrologists in a high volume service with exceptional outcomes.

Candidates should have completed US-based Internal Medicine residency and nephrology fellowship training. The position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of transplant patients.

Qualifications

• Completed a US-based Internal Medicine residency training plus general Nephrology fellowship training.
• Advanced year in an AST-certified renal transplant fellowship.
• Demonstrated the highest level of clinical performance and scientific potential.
• At least 1 year post-fellowship experience.
• Interest in Living Donor operations/service welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 4+ dedicated transplant nephrologists.
• Share inpatient responsibilities equally and manage outpatient clinic.
• Work in a high volume transplant nephrology service with >200 cases/year.

Northwell Transplant Institute is seeking a full-time Transplant Nephrologist to join an established team of dedicated transplant nephrologists at North Shore University Hospital on Long Island, NY. The program is one of the fastest growing kidney transplant programs in the United States.

Northwell Transplant Institute offers world class organ transplant care for adults with organ failure and children in need of new heart, lung, kidney or liver transplants. The institute has the only pediatric heart transplant program on Long Island.
