Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional work experience beyond minimum qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Certification: Epic Clinical Informatics, RN-BC, or CPHIMS (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Understand transplant regulations and processes within BSWH.
• Collaborate with Transplant, Informatics and Information Services teams to optimize EHR use.
• May serve as user-acceptance testing coordinator for enhancements and fixes.
• Prioritize work autonomously and align with project timelines.
• Communicate updates and workflows to customers with education materials.
