Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Infectious Diseases.
• Appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia.
• Experience with infections in immunocompromised patients including transplant, oncology, or hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient consults and outpatient clinics as a TID specialist.
• Support education and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in scholarship, clinical quality improvement, and collaborative care delivery
• Collaborate with transplant and Massey Cancer Center teams and participate in meetings and quality initiatives.
