Qualifications

Nursing diploma/associate's degree required.
Must obtain nursing licensure within 90 days of graduation to remain employed in Missouri.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
Uses nursing skills to assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
Develops and implements individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Evaluates patient responses and modifies the plan of care accordingly.
Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; engages in professional development.
