Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a skilled transplant nurse coordinator to coordinate the delivery of care for transplant patients. You will work with the transplant team, applying nursing theory and practices to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required PA RN license, 3 years nursing experience, and certification within 2 years. Experience with electronic medical records and critical care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. Required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program. Preferred.
• 3 years experience in nursing. Required.
• General Experience And Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Record. Required.
• General Experience in a Transplant program. Preferred.
• General Experience In Critical Care Preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License Required.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Coord Required (within 2 years of hire).
• Multi State Compact RN License Required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of care for transplant patients in conjunction with the transplant team.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing theory and practice in providing care.
• Orchestrates care for patients with end stage organ disease.
