This role collaborates with clinical and financial coordinators to submit accurate high-dollar transplant claims and support revenue cycle excellence within the hospital's Patient Financial Services department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years transplant billing or related experience.
• Experience interpreting payer contracts and resolving denials.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage transplant billing workflows across Epic PB/HB/Claims/Phoenix.
