MedStar Health's Washington Hospital Center seeks an Anesthesiologist to join a high-volume transplant service (liver, kidney, pancreas, small bowel, and complex hepato-biliary). Eligible for a Georgetown University School of Medicine faculty appointment, this role sits in a premier academic‑clinical environment in Washington, DC.

Requirements: MD/DO, completed anesthesiology residency, board certified or board eligible, unrestricted licensure, transplant anesthesia fellowship or strong

Adult team with high-volume transplant service that includes liver, kidney, pancreas, small bowel, multivisceral & complex hepato-biliary.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Fellowship training in Transplant Anesthesia or must have significant interest and experience in organ transplantation.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and commitment to education.
