Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Workplace Service Supervisors and Operations Coordinators and contractors to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are safely conducted at AEP office buildings and service centers.
• Ensure that procurement of goods and services is conducted in compliance with AEP's accounting and procurement guidelines and in accordance with Audit requirements.
• Ensure space utilization is accurately tracked to allow for appropriate charges to the business units.
• Oversee remodeling projects, employees' moves, and ensure that furniture inventories are appropriately sized and monitored.
• Provide direction to Print, Mail, and/or Food Service coordinators to ensure that these operations are performing in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor both O&M and Capital budgets that are allocated to the region.
• Foster open lines of communications with all level of management regarding issues related to the function listed above.

**Job Summary**Manage all aspects of the preventive and predictive maintenance functions for AEP office buildings and service centers in an assigned region. This includes ensuring the effective use of space, managing employee moves through effective space planning and management of furniture inventories. Additionally, manage a variety of functions within these facilities that may include mail and printing services and cafeterias.
