Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs Ford technician experience preferred.
• ASE certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred.
• Tools based on your experience.
• Communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Strong desire to provide exceptional client experience.
• Ability to achieve targeted goals.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle repairs.
• Repair and rebuild transmissions on a regular basis.
• Recommends needed services and repairs.
• Advises management of any damaged or unsafe equipment or tools.
• Safely drives vehicles on pre-established evaluation routes.
• Physically inspects vehicles and identifies defects.
• Performs work safely per regulations and company policies.
• Must be able to provide Ford certifications.
