Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in land use planning, physical science or related GIS field.
- 3-6 years related experience in land use/siting or regulatory affairs.
- Ability to provide written and oral testimony for regulatory filings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Experience with regulatory agencies and public outreach is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ARC-GIS; familiarity with FileNet, SAP, PLS-CADD, GIS, Cascade is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate preparation of regulatory filings for transmission line and substation projects.
- Provide support to legal, real estate, environmental, engineering and government affairs teams.
- Coordinate with government bodies and environmental departments to secure permits.
- Prepare and oversee route studies and support documentation.
- Present testimony and communicate project needs to stakeholders.
