Qualifications

• Associate's degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management or related field with 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, engineering or related field with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in business, project management, real estate, law, electric transmission and/or distribution right-of-way with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate land rights for transmission projects and settlements.
• Settle damage claims with property owners and review related records.
• Review legal documents and prepare acquisition documents for land rights.
• Coordinate ROW projects, track schedules and budgets, and liaise with vendors.
