Job summary

kVP Energy Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transmission construction projects and MS A contracts. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Expect interaction with customers, vendors, and field teams to optimize performance and profitability. The role requires 5–7 years in construction, experience with unionized labor, and strong reporting and forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry, especially HV transmission/substations.
• Experience with or managing unionized teams is required.
• PM/Program Management delivering HV Substations and/or Transmission Lines.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage small to large-scale projects and a portfolio of work.
• Control project cost, scope, schedule, and budget to meet deadlines.
• Provide weekly progress updates and forecasts to management.
