An established industry player is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee transmission capital projects. This role involves the management of resources, documentation, and compliance with industry regulations to ensure successful project delivery. Responsible for the project management of transmission capital projects including transmission lines, substations, telecommunication facilities and joint participation projects by the effective coordination of resources both internal and external to support the timely and efficient completion of transmission system additions and modifications. Develops, maintains and implements project management processes, procedures and documentation for transmission capital projects. Assembles and leads project resource teams assigned to support projects and represents Transmission at project meetings. Provides documented scope, schedule, deliverables, resource needs and budget estimates for each project assigned.
Note : There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels : Transmission Project Manager I, job grade 8, Transmission Project Manager II, job grade 9, Transmission Project Manager III, job grade 10 or Senior Transmission Project Manager, job grade 11. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

Hiring Salary Range : $118,000-$151,000
Hiring Salary Range : $106,000-$135,000
Hiring Salary Range : $96,000-$121,000
Hiring Salary Range : $86,000-$108,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education and / or skill level.
