Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational and technical leadership of a production team.
  • Oversee project delivery, staffing, and quality control.
  • Function as Project Manager for projects.
  • Involve in marketing planning and proposals.
  • Administer section staff and technical services; coordinate with other sections.
  • Participate in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
  • Engage with industrial and public clients on marketing and project production.
  • Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated via PM system.
  • Implement and monitor company policy.
  • Select, train, and develop technical personnel.
  • Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff on marketing/production.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities
  • As Transmission Section Lead, be responsible for the operational and technical leadership of a high-performing production team. Oversee project delivery, staffing, quality, utilization, forecasting, and strategic growth—ensuring alignment with HDR’s operating goals and values.
  • Collaborate closely with local, regional, and national leadership to drive excellence in project execution, client service, and team development. This role is pivotal to the success of HDR’s transmission business class and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of power delivery in the region.
  • In the role of Section Leader, take responsibility for operations of the production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
  • Function as Project Manager and take responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities.
  • Take administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sections.
  • Be involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
  • Be directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues.
  • Ensure that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through a proactive project management system.
  • Implement, monitor and support company policy.
  • Select, train, develop and manage technical personnel.
  • Manage and develop multidiscipline teams.
  • Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
