Job summary

Sargent & Lundy in the United States seeks a senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large transmission and distribution projects. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience through the full lifecycle.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office with two days remote; relocation assistance is available depending on location within the US. Sponsorship for work authorization is not provided.

Qualifications

• BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a management/business degree.
• 10+ years of experience in the electric utility industry (engineering, construction, planning).
• 7+ years of experience specifically in Project Management of Utility Transmission projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities is critical to success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and consult with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors.
• Prepare reports that project information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.
• Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.

Compensation Range

$145,310.00 - $222,001.00
