The Transmission Field Services Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the data, reporting, and analytical needs of Asset Management teams. Acting as the primary liaison between TFS Asset Management and TFS Data Analysts, the coordinator evaluates business requests, determines the most effective approach for delivering results, and collaborates with analysts and stakeholders to provide information through reports, dashboards, presentations, data extracts, and other decision-support tools. This role transforms complex information into clear, actionable insights that support reliability improvement, risk mitigation, asset performance, and investment decision-making while maintaining alignment with TFS strategy and quality expectations.

Transmission Field Services Coordinator Assc
(Grade 6)
Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field and 1 year of utility field experience.; or high school diploma or GED and 3 years of related utility field experience.
Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.
(Grade 7)
Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field and 3 years of utility field experience; or high school diploma or GED and 5 years of related utility field experience which would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.
Utility field experience would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience
(Grade 8)
Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field and 6 years of utility field experience; or high school diploma or GED and 10 years of related utility field experience which would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.
