Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
• Coursework in power systems, transmission, or related areas preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support transmission planning studies and interconnection analyses for utility-scale renewables.
• Analyze transmission data, power flow results and project-specific technical requirements.
• Assist in reviewing interconnection agreements and utility requirements.
• Collaborate with Development, Engineering, Project Management, and Regulatory teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
