Job summary

Campos EPC, LLC is seeking a Transmission Engineer to join our growing team, focusing on high‑voltage transmission line projects across the country.

Design and analyze lines (69kV-500kV) using PLS-CADD; prepare construction packages; perform detailed engineering analyses; provide field support during construction. This role offers career growth and collaboration with a senior team on impactful infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
3+ years of transmission line engineering experience.
Proficiency with PLS-CADD.
Experience with transmission line design and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

Design and engineer high-voltage transmission lines (69kV-500kV) using PLS-CADD.
Prepare construction packages including plan and profile drawings, structure loading trees, foundation drawings, and assembly drawings.
Perform detailed engineering analyses to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Provide technical and field support during construction activities.
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute transmission engineering projects.
Apply sound engineering judgment in evaluating and adapting engineering methods and procedures.
Develop practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and client requirements.
Support project studies, technical reports, and cross-functional collaboration.
