• Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective; ability to influence, lead, and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Shape and execute the strategic plan for Transmission in the Boise region, aligning service offerings with market needs.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor on transmission projects and monitor performance to meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Coordinate with cross‑regional and global teams to optimize resources and technical direction.
• Drive profitability through staffing, utilization, and continuous improvement.
