ATC Drivetrain in Oklahoma City is hiring for immediate direct-hire manufacturing roles assembling transmission components. No prior experience required. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Competitive hourly pay with bonuses and a robust benefits package starting Day 1. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, assembling components with hand tools and automated equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Basic English reading and comprehension.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify transmission parts for quality and accuracy.
• Assemble components using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Responsible for adherence to the policies, procedures and instructions of the TS 16949 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
