Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a Transloading Operations Worker to perform daily duties in our Biofuels Transloading operations, upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

This role includes minor maintenance tasks and accurate data recording while supporting a dynamic industrial team outdoors. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with flexibility to work in varying weather and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily duties/tasks with safety, quality, and productivity in mind.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment such as transloaders, conveyors, and mobile equipment.
• Coordinate with team to support the transloading process.
