Tactical Cleaning Company is seeking an Operator in Fernley, NV to perform loading and unloading operations, railcar cleaning, and equipment maintenance. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in a heavy workload environment.

The Operator will handle railcar cleaning, monitor equipment, and ensure compliance with EPA and company procedures while supporting shift supervisors. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with potential for cross-training in related duties.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and stay overnight.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Pass company physical, drug, and respirator tests.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety program.
• Load and unload materials from truck, rail, and storage.
• Inspect railcars for FRA, AAR and company rules compliance.
• Operate engines, pumps, and related equipment.
• Prepare daily reports and operational documents.
