Job summary

US Rail & Logistics is seeking a Transload Operator to manage loading and unloading at our bulk terminal. You will operate forklifts, cranes and related equipment, transfer product between trucks, railcars and silos, and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records.

Candidates must meet basic requirements, including a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. This is a full-time position at our Colorado terminal, focused on safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand long periods and work around moving equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Load bulk trucks with legal weights and proper product for customer delivery.
• Unload/load railcars and transfer product to silos.
• Operate terminal equipment safely and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain records of receipts, shipments, and inventory.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Adhere to safety rules and environmental regulations.
• Assist at other terminal locations as required.
