Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality resident/patient care meeting or exceeding standards
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual budget for the center
- Perform rounds to evaluate the quality of nursing care
- Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments
- Evaluate residents to determine appropriate care levels
- Communicate regularly with the Medical Director to identify educational needs and ensure quality care
- Manage clinical aspects of survey processes

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
- Current RN license in the assigned state
- Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Proven leadership and performance management skills
- Ability to travel within Indiana, including overnight and extended stays
- Regular attendance is required
