Job Purpose: As a Clubhouse Program Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions that focus on both the provision of direct service to Clubhouse members as well as ensuring that the program adheres to state contractual requirements and established clubhouse standards.

Job Functions:

  • Coordinating meetings and activities for Clubhouse members.
  • Overseeing all income and expenditures resulting from clubhouse unit activities and reports updates.
  • Transporting a member based on program needs.
  • Working in compliance with clubhouse standards.
  • Supervising and participating in the development of transitional employment positions for members.
  • Accompanying members in social outings and community activities and effectively completing all required paperwork and training.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications:

  • Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
