Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities for CPG Common Modules from concept, planning, development, validation, and commercialization through production release.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, action item trackers, and executive status reports to ensure milestones and readiness criteria are met.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, Product Management, and Operations teams to support module development and deployment objectives.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budget commitments, resources, risks, and dependencies while identifying mitigation plans to maintain program objectives.
• Coordinate module readiness activities including design releases, BOM maturity, sourcing readiness, qualification builds, validation testing, ramp plans, and change management execution.
• Support module standardization initiatives by tracking process improvements, cost reduction opportunities, cycle time improvements, and module reuse strategies across multiple product platforms.
• Provide regular project reviews and executive-level communications on program status, key risks, decisions required, schedule performance, and business impacts.
