Responsibilities

• Lead strategic ramp and operational improvement programs across DDP Operations to enhance manufacturing efficiency, capacity readiness, productivity, and execution performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Demand management, and Business teams to drive scalable growth, remove operational constraints, optimize resource utilization, and ensure successful ramp execution.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve throughput, cycle time, operational excellence, and delivery performance while enabling the organization to meet customer commitments and business objectives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
