Monitors and drives project communication and activity progress. The role supports process development, program improvement, and quality initiatives for global transitions and transformations. About the Role:
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years in project or program coordination, ideally within a PMO or transition environment.
Proven experience in project management, change management, and facilities management, with familiarity in frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and tools like Smartsheet and Power BI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to work US business hours. Self-motivated and outcome-oriented, capable of working independently. Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and process automation is a plus.
