Transition Program Coordinator

Job Description Summary

The Transition Program Coordinator ensures proper coordination and documentation of activity around effective transitions and transformations. Monitors and drives project communication and activity progress. The role supports process development, program improvement, and quality initiatives for global transitions and transformations. This position is highly visible to internal & external stakeholders and will be client-facing.

About the Role:

  • Lead and support multiple transition programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and organizational goals.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance including scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, contract review, and training coordination.
  • Track project milestones, manage risk registers, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making through dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Facilitate effective communication through reports and presentations, support change management efforts, and maintain standardized tools and templates.
  • Collaborate on technology setup, data analytics, and reporting systems to enhance service delivery and continuous process improvement.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years in project or program coordination, ideally within a PMO or transition environment.

  • Proven experience in project management, change management, and facilities management, with familiarity in frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and tools like Smartsheet and Power BI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage cross-functional collaboration.

  • Willingness to work US business hours. Self-motivated and outcome-oriented, capable of working independently. Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and process automation is a plus.
