Job summary

High Valley Transit in Park City, Utah seeks a Wash Bay Attendant to maintain cleanliness and appearance of transit vehicles and equipment in the wash bay. You will operate cleaning tools, perform routine washing, and help keep the facility organized and safe.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and reliable teamwork with maintenance staff. A valid Utah driver's license is preferred and prior vehicle cleaning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in vehicle cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Valid Utah driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wash bay equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and other cleaning tools.
• Perform routine washing and detailing of buses and other transit vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area, including waste disposal and supplies.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to support additional cleaning or maintenance tasks.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
