Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is seeking a Training & Development professional to ensure operators and supervisors have the skills for safe, efficient service and excellent customer care. Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with four years of supervisory, coaching, mentoring, or transportation leadership experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and training may be considered.
• CDL with Airbrake & Passenger endorsements required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new and existing Operators on daily transit operations, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Lead and coach learners to maximize productivity and morale.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for interviews and onboarding of new staff.
• Develop and revise learning programs for operators and supervisors.
