Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or an associate degree with job-related experience.
• Experience in transportation planning and/or project management.
• Experience managing a state or federal program; and data analysis for reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, administer, and manage FTA program(s) including 5303, 5304, 5307, 5311, 5339.
• Develop annual Program of Projects and assist with contracting.
• Monitor budgets, scope, and schedule; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct site visits and support statewide transit operations and sub-recipients.
• Review invoices and oversee state-owned vehicles and Park & Ride lots.
